Feasibility Studies

From rural estates and energy projects through to residential development and environmental reclamation, projects may have a range of environmental constraints which have the potential to give rise to excessive costs and as such have the potential to prevent or hinder development. Prior to signing up sites or commencing development proposals, Urban Wilderness assist landowners, site agents and land promoters to undertake the necessary environmental due diligence required to ascertain whether there are any constraints to development that could potentially affect a site’s viability.

Urban Wilderness undertake a combination of desk based assessment alongside site survey in order to identify potential constraints and then work alongside the client to plan around these to determine a site’s development capacity and / or suitability. These studies provide our clients with an informed analysis of risk which in turn can be used to make informed development decisions.
